15% Buyer's Premium and 8.9% Sales Tax. For example, a $1,000 bid would result in a $1,150 Purchase Price, which would be subject to sales tax, unless proper tax exempt documentation is furnished at or before checkout.

CASH or CREDIT CARD (3% additional processing fee applied to total balance due for all credit card transactions) upon pickup are accepted. All payments are due before removal. Auctioneer will email an Invoice to Buyer after the auction closes and Receipt upon processing payment. Buyer hereby waives their rights to chargeback. All items will be sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, expressed or implied.

PICKUP and REMOVAL: All materials that can be removed by hand/ hand truck/ cart, etc. may be removed by the buyer during pickup times scheduled. Buyers are responsible for all aspects of removal and agree to remove all items at your own risk. Certain items in this auction are extremely heavy and may require special equipment for removal. Bidders are advised to inspect all items during preview and bid accordingly. To that end, you will be required to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement before removing any items. If a buyer chooses to employ another third party moving company remove items, a Certificate of Insurance will be required.

SHIPPING: Shipping is NOT automatically available for online purchases. If you would like items shipped and/or prepared for trucking you must make your own arrangements. It is the buyer’s responsibility to find and schedule (within the scheduled removal hours) a freight carrier of their choice.

*PLEASE NOTE: Auction preview and pickup will be held at two self storage buildings located in Atlanta & Decatur. Parking is extremely limited at the Atlanta location so buyers are advised to take this into consideration during preview and pickup. In the case that a higher offer is received the extension clock will reset for three days. This extension will continue until no better offers are received. In the case of an accepted pre-auction contract, the closing will be set no later than 30 days from the date of a fully executed PSA(auction contract). All contracts must be accompanied with a 10% earnest money deposit wired to the Escrow agent within 24hrs.
